We therefore assist clients throughout the entire real estate purchase process, beginning with working with real estate agents to locate a property which serves the client’s needs, due diligence and an appraisal of the property, on to assistance in negotiating the price if requested, negotiating the terms of the purchase contract, securing financing through banks or other institutions, obtaining permits for construction or expansion when necessary, preparing the contract and all documents, closing and registration of the property at the land registrar.

We also advise clients on tax ramifications of local and international real estate purchases and development, in coordination with associated firms specializing in tax law.

The firm has advised both individuals and real estate developers, building contractors, and investors on residential and commercial properties in Israel and abroad.

We have gained unique experience in investing in real estate in Eastern Europe, advising local and foreign individuals as well as U.S. investment banks interested in investing in this area of the world.
